# Second part of the sermon sermon_text_part2 = """ Think about the Apostle Paul who started as Saul of Tarsus, hated Christ, hated the Name of Jesus Christ, and anyone who called on His name or of The Way. (He had an Encounter with Christ and was Changed Forever) A Hebrew of Hebrews, a Pharisee of Pharisees called to preach to the Gentiles - 1:1 This letter is from Paul, a slave of Christ Jesus, chosen by God to be an apostle and sent out to preach his Good News. In Romans 10:1, he says, "Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they might be saved." Paul, a man burning with love for God, longed for people to experience the salvation that comes through faith. But how do we find that faith? Where does it begin? The Power of the Word The answer lies right at the very beginning of creation. Genesis 1:1. "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." In John 1:1-3, the Bible reveals something even more profound. Before the heavens and the earth were formed, the Word existed: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made." Brothers and Sisters, the Word of God is not some dusty old book. It's the living breath of God Himself, the creative force behind everything that exists! Hebrews 4:12 tells us this Word is life-giving, alive, active, powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword, discerning the very thoughts and intents of our hearts. With the power to pierce our hearts and transform our lives from the inside out. It's a beacon, a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path (Psalm 119:105).
